The Mahogany Fund offers therapy at a discounted rate for educators of color who are seeking therapy. From Dominique’s roots in supporting in the education sector, giving back is one hope for TGW. The Mahogany Fund focuses on providing accessible care in therapy to educators of color, specifically women, who are seeking to heal from burnout and the exhaustion of serving in the educational field. This fund is dedicated to the woman who gives her all, advocates for her students and puts herself last. TGW strives to provide a space where the female educators of color can explore themselves through therapy while also envisioning a greater future for their life beyond the school building.
